We believe that a well-balanced program should include a strong research component. These efforts are supported by our research department, which includes an ongoing prospective surgical registry. During the past years, the research produced in this unit has been presented at multiple conferences including Annual Meeting of the Florida Orthopedic Society (FOS), American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Annual Meeting (ASES). The research being done at the center has resulted not only in better outcomes but also significantly compliments resident education.
