Our Nephrology fellowship program is ACGME-accredited. The mission of Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus Nephrology Fellowship Program is designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to achieve the fundamental knowledge, procedural skills, practical experience, and professional and ethical behavior necessary for the sub-specialty of Nephrology. Efforts are made at every point to emphasize the integration of fundamental medical knowledge, disease prevention, social, psychological, and economic issues. The program structure provides the necessary training and qualifications to complete the Nephrology Sub-specialty Boards. The community care focus of our program will prepare the next generation of nephrologists and encourage our graduates to continue to serve underserved populations in synchrony with our institutional mission.
